A private coach tour to Blenheim Palace & Oxford

We collect our party of 28 from The Savoy Hotel, London and begin the journey West to Blenheim.

Our tour today is for a group of ladies whose partners are attending a conference in London for a couple of days. After an hour we arrive at the magnificent Blenheim Palace. The estate was given as a tribute by Queen Anne to the conquering hero, John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough for his victory at Blenheim in the late 17th Century.

After touring the opulent state apartments and the formal gardens, we have some free time before we board the coach for Oxford and lunch. Following our relaxed lunch, we start our tour of Oxford’s Colleges. We enter some of these old colleges, some dating back to the 13th Century and then enjoy a pleasant afternoon tea at The Churchill Hotel.

After a very pleasant day, we then begin the journey home.
