Tour Highlights: Collegiate Oxford & Cambridge, punting on the river, wonderful gardens and breathtaking architecture.   

A wonderful day spent touring the ancient 13th century colleges of the most famous and prestigious Universities in the World.

Our day commences in the heart of the historical yet compact city of Oxford. The home of English education for over 800 years. We tour the most beautiful of the 38 colleges that make up the University Campus. Most founded between the 13^th & 16^th centuries. Naturally we tour the most famous and significant colleges. We visit sacred gardens, ancient dining halls and chapels; we witness the locations of where some of our leading scholars, authors and politicians have spent their most formative years.

After a picturesque drive we then arrive in the beautiful city of Cambridge. The city was founded by the Romans in early times but came to prominence in 1209, when scholars from Oxford founded the University. Student life now dominates this beautiful city. We tour the most historic and important colleges before we join the current scholars for a “punt” on the River Cam while we take afternoon tea and champagne.
