For further clarification of any matter relating to booking your tour with us please do not hesitate to contact our office directly.

Booking Confirmation

Once you have decided on your tour with us please email the information requested listed below. We will then confirm all to you and your day is then booked.

  • Full name of client
  • Date of tour
  • Destination of tour
  • Number in party
  • Number of adults, children and seniors
  • Pick up address
  • Drop off address
  • Contact cell number

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Payment can be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer
  • All credit cards are subject to a 6% surcharge
  • Our fee does not include any gratuities
  • Our fee does not include, unless specifically stated, entrance tickets, meals or any refreshments
  • Whilst we endeavour to conduct each tour as described there may be occasions due to traffic or weather conditions that changes have to be made to our suggested route

Cancellation Policy

  • Booking a tour with us constitutes a legally binding contract between us
  • Cancelling a booking more than 28 days before your first tour date will not generate any cancellation fee
  • Cancelling a tour less than 28 days before your first tour date will generate a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the entire charge of the tour booked
